Absolutely great customer service, would highly recommend.
I ordered a Willow Tree Figurine which arrived within 2 days, however, it was slightly different to the one I ordered - both were of the theme of Friendship.
I contacted Notionz by e-mail & Ger responded straight away & arranged to drop the figurine to me in time for when I needed it.

Notionz is my 'go to' shop when I am looking for inspiration for birthday/occasion gifts as I always manage to walk away with something unusual. I have great difficulty in passing its door without popping in for a browse any time I am shopping in Nutgrove! The staff are always so welcoming and helpful and never pressurise you to buy anything. I purchased two Led Colour Changing Essential Oil Lamps as gifts just before Christmas and they were absolutely gorgeous. I was so sorry I hadn't bought more as I had a couple of family occasions to mark during the latest Lockdown. I hadn't realised that Notionz had an online ordering service until by sheer chance I came across it while googling for gifts. I submitted my order and couldn't believe how quickly I received it -not only that but they had included complimentary scented wax candles which was so thoughtful. Needless to say, I'm looking forward to a visit as soon as the shop reopens - I might indulge myself in a spot of jewellery this time!

I was guided to this website via my local pharmacy as I was struggling to find lamp fragrance. I was delighted to look thru items for sale and to find what I wanted. I ordered 2 bottles, but unfortunately when they were delivered I could smell the package before I opened it! One of the bottle lids was cracked and some of the liquid had seeped out inside pack. It won't deter me from ordering again as the choice was good and they didn't charge a lot for postage.

I bought a Shrieking Violet Purple Haze Teardrop Pendant Large and 3 Rose Stem Pendants one for me the rest as gifts and they are beautiful and different and go great with denim and dressed up. What I liked was the personal service as shop was closed for covid but i needed birthday gifts so I emailed and got quick and great response and they worked around a one-4-all voucher I had.
