Refund policy

At NOTIONZ, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. If you're not completely satisfied, here's what you can expect from our return policy:

• Full Price Merchandise: If full price merchandise is returned in the same condition as sold, along with the original receipt, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
• Gift Receipts: A gift receipt entitles the holder to an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
• Reduced Price Merchandise: Reduced price merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
• Receipt Requirement: All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt or gift receipt.
• Safety & Hygiene: For safety and hygiene reasons, our refund/exchange policy does not extend to a small number of items, including earrings.
• Refund Method: All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original payment method.
